Requirements
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with ambiguous problems.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to take ownership of work from problem definition through delivery.
Evidence of practical work through a portfolio, GitHub, case studies, shipped products, or relevant project experience.
Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and domains quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing requirements and emerging technologies.
Strong attention to detail and a bias toward shipping usable, production-ready work.
Ability to collaborate across technical, creative, product, and business teams.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Reliable availability and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
Nice to have
Experience working with AI products, LLMs, agents, automation, or applied machine learning.
Experience with digital twins, Unreal Engine, Blender, Three.js, WebGL, simulation, or real-time 3D.
Experience building SaaS, enterprise platforms, or data-heavy products.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and modern software development workflows.
Experience working with clients in the US, UK, GCC, or other international markets.
Exposure to industries such as real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, or enterprise technology.
Experience working in startups, product studios, agencies, or other high-ownership environments.
Strong product sense and the ability to understand the business problem behind a technical request.
Contributions to open-source projects, personal products, research, experiments, or technically ambitious side projects.
An interest in where AI, software, and physical environments are converging.
