Esteria interactive real estate demo

Esteria is an interactive real estate visualization experience designed to help potential buyers explore a property in a more immersive and intuitive way than a traditional brochure or static website.

The experience begins with a masterplan view where users can identify and select the featured building. From there, they move into a detailed building perspective where individual floors can be explored. Selecting a floor reveals the apartments available on that level, allowing users to highlight a unit and view key property information such as apartment type, area, rooms, and location.

Users can then enter an interactive apartment walkthrough. The walkthrough allows users to explore key spaces such as the lounge, kitchen, balcony, master bedroom, and bathroom through draggable panoramic views with interactive room-to-room navigation points.

The experience is designed as a lightweight web-based sales tool using Three.js and modern frontend technologies, making it accessible directly through a browser without requiring users to install an application.

The goal of the Esteria demo is to demonstrate how real estate developers can transform traditional property presentations into interactive digital sales experiences, allowing customers to understand, explore, and engage with a development before physically visiting the property.
